Sidamo is one of Ethiopia’s most iconic coffee regions, located in the southern highlands. Rich soils, abundant rainfall, and stable temperatures create an ideal microclimate for coffee cultivation.

The area is home to traditional Ethiopian heirloom varieties, the genetic birthplace of Arabica. Washed processing and slow sun-drying highlight the origin’s signature floral and fruit-forward profile, where jasmine aromatics blend with bergamot citrus and a juicy peach sweetness.
